Napa Valley: family friendly wineries

Alpha Omega is definitely one of our favorites! They have a great indoor tasting room, reasonably priced and also wave tasting fees when you purchase bottles. Children are welcome to sit outdoors, but note – not allowed in the tasting room.

_DSC0807_DSC0795_DSC0761 We hadn’t been to Hall before, but they also allowed children outdoors and had a great outdoor space, beautiful sculptures and there was tons of comfortable shaded seating, which when you go with kids/babies this is something you’ll be on the lookout for!

She looks like a natural! 😉

V. Sattui is always a good choice for a quick outdoor lunch, they have a few options, tons of cheeses and small bites. Perfect to grab a bottle of wine and some food and picnic outdoors. It’s always crowed by the tourists but a great family friendly option!

_DSC0823Inglenook has the most beautiful grounds! They have a cute little bistro where those under 21 can get something to eat or drink. It’s nice to stop for pictures!

cropped-img-maddox-mom.pngOne of our first stops on our California trip was to spend some time up north in Napa Valley with a couple from London who we met and became great friends with while living in San Francisco last year. We were so excited to see them again and for them to meet little Maddox! The weather was just perfect, about 77 with a nice breeze. Can’t get much better than that!
